Would defiantly stay in this hotel again. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

It had Now if im hotel would fix this, then I would recommend it especially for the Agoda price but until its fixed i'd have to rethink booking there again. The water pressure for the shower head was terrible.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. Booked the hotel as it was close to the Wembley Arena where we were going to the Beach boys gig, Having read some of the reviews we were unsure of what to expect.

Overall its a good hotel, the Indian concierge guy was guu helpful, his English ability was good being an expat, can even discuss sports with him. I'd be guessing the cleaners can't even reach the roof and are just wiping the shower with no cleaner. The room was fine, spotlessly clean newly decorated and carpeted, the bed was clean and fresh and comfortable. As a matter of interest is also very close to the fountain tv studio for anyone going to the x factor recordings, etc,etc.

It had quite a lot of black mold build up in there, it really needs a good scrub and bleaching or some other high strength cleaner. I don't like the Chinese tradition of showering with slippers on but I had to use them because I was concerned about getting foot fungus or something. My only disappointment which would get me to rethink booking again there is the cleanliness of the shower.

However we were pleasantly surprised, the receptionist at the check in was very welcoming and professional and we were checked in and allocated our room efficiently.

I got a really good price on the rooms from Agoda which is why I chose the hotel. Even the roof above shower you can see mold build up.

The room was fine, spotlessly cle But you won't mind the ride so much when you lie down on one of the most comfortable beds in the UK. Nor, Singapore 7. Shower definitely needs an overhaul.
